Misc: Windows Security Popup Causing Terminal to Lose Connection

Our SiteKiosk application keeps getting a Windows Security Alert popup. When closing or clicking "cancel" on the popup the following message appears on the SiteKiosk application:

"The terminal is currently not connected to the network. Should this problem persist, please contact your local system administrator"

Then after a while, the page loads normally. We checked the connection/ cables etc but this issue keeps occurring.

Please advise.

Thank you,

This matter was resolved outside of the forums. After reviewing the SiteKiosk configuration files and log files, a website prompts a Windows logon window first before redirection to another preferred login interface on the same site. It was determined that Chrome browser engine handles the transition better than IE after comparing both.
