Support Request: Printing issues to a HP M507 laser printer within SiteKiosk


Good Day,

My customer has just recently got a 50user license and is having intermittent printing issues on the kiosks.
When the the app runs directly in Windows mode there are no printing issues but when the kiosk is in Sitekiosk mode the errors occur.
The client has tried running the driver in PLC6 and PLC5 and still gets random print errors.
I am getting them to send me their .skcfg file and log file.

They have another set of 20kiosks running Sitkiosk and printing to a HP501 laser printer with no issues.

If we can maybe communicate over email it would be great to include my customer in on the support discussion process?

Second, what exactly are these random print errors? Random print error is quite an unprecise description to work with in regards to giving any further advice.
