Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Here are the three most prominent error messages related to web browsing found on your log file (no local application issues were found):

[SiteKiosk] Notification: According to the surf area rules the navigation to https://s7.addthis.com/...
[SiteKiosk] Notification: According to the surf area rules the navigation to https://staticxx.facebook.com/...
[SiteKiosk] Notification: According to the surf area rules the navigation to file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/SiteKiosk/...

For the local webpage, you had solved it already but I wanted to point put that we had a designated folder where the default settings would allow easy access (no Surfing Area changes needed):

C:\Program Files (x86)\SiteKiosk\Html (Safe to place images, videos, html folders, PDFs etc.)

For the other links, you simply need to add them to the URLs/Paths List in SiteKiosk configuration>>Surfing area. See example with wildcard mask:

Protocol - https:// URL - staticxx.facebook.com/*
Protocol - https:// URL - s7.addthis.com/*

With the wild card mask (*), you don't have to worry about other dynamic changes to the web address. See section 2 for more details - https://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?surfing_area.htm . If another website is blocked again, please check the log files for any error messages. SiteKiosk will tell which rule is being broken so that you can easily address it.

Best regards,
Andre.
