Support Request: Problem with virtual keyboard

Reproduction

Start windows
start sitekiosk
try to adit a field
the virtual keybord don't appear

Description

Good morning,
we have a problem on a new windows 10 kiosk.
When starting sitekiosk the virtual keyboard don't appear.
If we run internet explorer outside sitekiosk the virtual keyboard is running.
Could you please hel us to understand why the keybord don't run in sitekiosk?

Hello,

This is not a bug because SiteKiosk doesn’t support the onscreen keyboard of Windows. You need to enable the on-screen keyboard of SiteKiosk in the SiteKiosk configuration (On-Screen Keyboard).

Hi Michael,
this sound strange for us because we have a lot of kiosk up and running that use the microsoft virtual keyboard.
We haven't never used the sitekiosk keyboard.
We have both windows 7 and windows 10 (just 1) kiosk running with the microsoft virtual keyboard.
This is the second windows 10 kiosk we are installing.
Besides there is a problem with sitekiosk license, sitekiosk ask for a plus license when we active the sitekiosk virtual keyboard.
We haven't never purchased a plus license for our kiosk and they works fine also with virtual keyboard.

Hello,

SiteKiosk doesn’t block the virtual keyboard of Windows but we also do not support it.

If you want to use an onscreen keyboard you need the SiteKiosk Plus license and activate the corresponding feature in the SiteKiosk configuration.
We don’t provide any support for using the onscreen keyboard of Windows.

Hi Michael,
i've understood what you mean but as i told you before we always use the virtual keybord of microsoft OS.
And they always run except this time on new windows 10 kiosk.
The problem occurs only with sitekiosk application because when we launch other apps the virtual keybord run so it is something related to sitekiosk appication.

Hello,

As stated this is not a bug because you we only support using the onscreen keyboard of SiteKiosk.
You may can make it work with changing any Windows settings but we don’t provide any support for making the onscreen keyboard of Windows work with SiteKiosk.
