Support Request: Strange behaviour of pdf pop-up window within the SiteKiosk shell
Reproduction
select a pdf presentation with the possibility to request for an enlargement to open in a pop-up window.
Our SiteKiosk is used to provide a flight information system to distribute weather data to pilots. Amongst the information there are weather charts which come in pdf file format.
To obtain those in the SiteKiosk environment we have installed Adobe reader XI.
By itself the charts fill out the primary response window of the flight info system as they are supposed to, but when an enlargement is requested, a pop-up window opens in which the charts are presented in a smaller size than in the primary response window. (see attachment).
Outside of the Sitekiosk shell on the same PC using the same IE browser and website, the Pop-up window completely fills out with the requested enlargement.
Have you ever heard of such problems before and are there any Site Kiosk configuration settings to prevent this unwanted behaviour of the pdf reader?
