Reproduction

We are having trouble accessing this site through our SiteKiosk station:
https://workforcenow.adp.com. We started having issues after upgrading to the latest version and moving over to the Chrome based browser. This site used to work just fine using the Internet Explorer based SiteKiosk browser. The problem we keep having is that the page will 'white out' randomly when users are accessing the website. Often, they cannot even enter their credentials to log in before the page whites out. When the page goes white, you can still see the browser window on screen but none of the ADP website is visible. I've checked the Sitekiosk log and I see nothing alarming. I can look on our Barracuda web filter and can see that no website URLs are being blocked. All access is allowed. I cannot determine what is malfunctioning and causing the whited out chrome browser window.
