Support Request: Flash in Google Chrome (full screen) - lost webcam

Reproduction

Hello,
I'm trying to find the cause of a problem that is happening to us often while using SiteKiosk on two different computers. The two computers that we used are identical and both we have installed: "SiteKiosk 8.91 Build 3042 (5/6/2015 2:39 PM)" with the following two licenses:

Neticon s.r.l. SK8 973487 - 1 License(s)
Neticon s.r.l. SK8 973218 - 1 License(s)

SiteKiosk is an autostart and start using Google Chrome in full screen. On the web page there is an application in Adobe Flash that uses the webcam, and the problem is that often it does not work and you have to reboot the entire machine.

Hardware:
Lenovo Horizont 2 27”
Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920

Software:
Windows 8.1
Google Chrome 46.0.2490.
Adobe flash - last version

Do you have any idea about it?
Thanks for the attention

Hello,

For the “Fullscreen Chrom Browser” Skin of SiteKiosk 8.91 you need to install the appropriate Flash version for Chrome/Firefox from Adobe.

Make sure you installed the latest version. The download can be found at the following link:
https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
-->Windows Plugin-based browsers

SiteKiosk has no further influence to the behavior of the Adobe Flash Plug-in and you may check the Windows Event log for further information (errors and warnings at the time the problem occurs).
