Description

It's not possible to download files from allowed sites. We configured that's allowed to downloadfiles, did not change the file where he can save the item. But when we want to open an pdf, doc or ppt-file we get an error-message. When we want to open such a file directly from google.com it's no problem. For example: http://www.ommen.nl/index.php?simaction=content&mediumid=4&pagid=106&fontsize=12&stukid=5131

Another thing is that we allowed popups from this site (also changed it in IE-options) but each time we start up sitekiosks blocks pop-ups?

Hello, This is not a bug. The downloads on this site are special because it is not a direct download but a download via a redirect. (This link e.g. should work: http://www.provisio.com/Download/sitekiosk-en.pdf) Therefore you have to allow the Internet Explorer download dialog to download these redirected files. The description to allow the Internet Explorer download dialog you will find in the SiteKiosk help at -->Browser-->Download Manager-->"Disable Download Manager and allow normal IE download dialog".
