Support Request: Problem in autostartup

Good morning,
we have a problem with a sitekiosk installation.

We changed machine switching the installation on a windows 10 OS.
When I try to save the configuration a pop up appears that advise me that the license not cover all installed plugin/feature activated, i answer yes and i save the config.
When I review the configuration everything is fine, then I launch the autostart because I cannot start once on windows10, and when I log back in I find the screen in picture2.
Sitekiosk is on because with the commands I get the interrupt window, but it doesn't start correctly ... can you help me?

Hello,

SiteKiosk 9.2 is no longer supported but the screenshot shows the old digital signage display (placeholder image).

You should check your configuration settings (>Start Page & Browser>"Digital Signage" button>make sure you select "Browser" and not "Player").
