Support Request: Not able to register the software

Hi,

We purchased the the license but when copy and paste the name and code (everything inside the quote mark) to register it keeps failing. I'm not able to register the software.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please then try typing in the code manually. Ensure that you match each Space and Hyphen characters as included.

Hi,

I have tried the manually type in the name and code but still getting same error "The registration of SiteKiosk failed."

I tried it again today and it works now. It looks like the newly purchased license was not sync to your database when I try to register yesterday.
