Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. The old account you created no longer existed. It was automatically deleted after your license was expired for a couple months (www.siteremote.net). You are free to recreate a new one with the same email address. You would need to reconnect your SiteKiosk machines with your new login. You could check your account on a monthly basis to ensure that your license aren't expired. We do send email alerts when your current license would expire.
