Start automatic sitekiosk login
wait for screen saver to start
the pane remain freezed
i can't get control backp and need to restart windows

Description

Good afternoon,
we have a problem with sitekiosk when screen saver run,
When it starts and we want to come back to sitekiosk we can't take control of desktop, i see the sitekiosk splash screen and even if i press the escape button i can't take control.
So it seems there is a problem with screen saver, when i have to exit from screen saver and come back to sitekiosk browser.
Our configuration include the autologin feature with a domain user that is a normal user, not an administrator user.

Is possible to disable the screen saver? How i can do this?
there are problems using sitekiosk with a non administrator user?

We have this problem on 2 different sitekiosk installation.

Hello, There was an issue when using Windows screen saver in combination with Start Screen. (No freezing issue but the screensaver did activate and deactivate again.) This is fixed with SiteKiosk 9.3: http://www.provisio.com/en-GB/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=1 If you want to deactivate the screen saver you can set the maximum value for “Idle time before activating the screensaver” (2147483647 Seconds ~ 68 Years) or edit the SiteKiosk configuration file like described here: http://www.provisio.com/helpconsole/SiteKiosk%20Help/en-US/default.htm?screen_saver___2nd_monitor.htm Regards, Michael Olbrich
