Support Request: Digital Signage only plays the first video

Using the siteremote.net -service, and no code included. Basic video scheduling issue.

Description

We have tried to set up a advert video playlist on our Android players (for screensaver), and it seems like only the first video on the channel plays. After first video, the video just stops for the duration of the videos coming next.

This is not a video codec issue, as we have tried videos in different orders. The first video always starts playing perfectly, and then it stops until it's again time for the first video.

Any ideas on this? Tried on two different Android 4.4.2 units.

Hello,

There is no known issue and I assume that there is something with you campaign or broadcast settings on SiteRemote.

I had a short look at the campaigns in your team and you added a pause between each video in the channel.
Please remove the pause (space between the videos you added to the channel) with using the campaign editor.
You may also check the display duration that is setup and make sure it matches the video play duration and ends to a full second.
Then test it again by publishing the broadcast you added the campaign to again.
