This is a dedicated behavior as some applications are blocked by default in SiteKiosk user account when set to “Protected” mode with System Security Manager. The main differences between Start Once and Autostart are the Windows user account and when running in default Autostart mode, the System Security Manager. What is the name of the application your are running? Please check the log and then adjust the settings (System-Security-Manager-->Customized-->Programs).

Thanks for the reply, yes i manage to use the customize mode but not the protected mode. the application name is taskkill.exe. so means do i have to use customize mode and just allow taskkill.exe and the rest of it i set to default ?

Harry

Yes, you could do that or change the System Security Manager settings to allow privileges for the default Autostart mode.
