After upgrade from 8 to 9 version, startpage giving only default templates option. Where is my custom template saved?
Before upgrading backed up public/sitekiosk/content, but seems there is nothing chanhed.
Also after upgrading changed screensaver photo location, but that problem i solved myself.

Hello,

The “Start Screen” content which is stored at “C:\Users\Public\SiteKiosk\content” will not be deleted when doing an update installation.
Only if you activate the option “Automatic removal of all created data” available at the custom installation with “-->Change-->Remove” through Windows “Programs and Features” all files will be deleted.

As you have a backup you may just copy the folder “content” to “C:\Users\Public\SiteKiosk” and then open the Start Screen Editor at “-->Start Page & Browser-->Customize-->Start Screen Editor”, check & save the settings and then start SiteKiosk.

If that doesn’t work you may start from scratch:
Uninstall SiteKiosk 9.2, reinstall the old SiteKiosk version and restore the “Start Screen” content (make sure it works) and then do an update installation to SiteKiosk 9.2 by installing the new version over the existing one.
