Support Request: Error message starting configuration

Reproduction

Try to open sitekiosk configuration

Description

If select Yes then the application closes and re opens to the same message, if I select No then the configuration application closes.

Windows 10 OS. Have tried uninstalling and re installing (as administrator)

An application error message gets created in event manager as follows

Hello,

Please check and make sure that the “SiteRemote Client” service is started and running on your computer (services.msc).

You may also check if there is any additional software installed which is preventing the automatic startup of the “SiteRemote” Client service (e.g. Antivirus or Firewall Suite) or if a Domain policy is blocking the startup of that service.
