Please note that SiteKiosk 8.7 is no longer supported and it is best to download the most current version of the software:
http://www.provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/VersionHistory.aspx

If you start SiteKiosk in "AutoStart" mode you should have no access to the Windows 8 Charm bar, task bar and other visible elements of the Windows shell.

If you are able to replicate the issue with the most current version installed, please send your configuration tool .skcfg file (programfiles/SiteKiosk/config) to support-us(at)provisio.com
