Support Request: Business.siteremote.net Upload Slow

Reproduction

Tried at least 3 times with same results. Upload fails to progress.

Description

I'm reporting unacceptable bandwidth performance of our business,siteremote.net server for the following:
1) digital signage uploads. Upload stops to report progress at 10Mb-12Mb consistently. Tried 3 different times. (see attached file).
2) VNC remote support connections. (already reported to Calvin and working on some things but no luck with establishing a "direct connection"
3) possibly other slow areas.

Regarding the upload file size, this applies to the maximum upload file size configured at SiteRemote server.

If you want to upload files that are larger than 12 MB you can use the WebDav access and copy the file to the corresponding campaigns folder.

To reach SiteRemote via WebDav you can download a JavaScript file from the File Manager on SiteRemote and execute it https://www.siteremote.net/help/en-US/05dfilemanager.aspx

Or even create a network drive on Windows:

Were you able to make the direct VNC connection by adjusting your firewall settings?
