It is recommended that you log into your Administrator account to make changes to the SiteKiosk Configuration.

The SiteKiosk Restricted User account is the User Account SiteKiosk runs under when set to Auto Start mode. It is not necessary for you to log into this user account.

I am running the kiosk in auto start mode under a domain id without admin access because local user don't have access to open the intranet and the web applications.

If the user is getting a blank screen when the configuration is suppose to be loaded, then there may be an issue with the service that manages that feature:

You will first need to ensure that the configuration file is saved locally on the SiteKiosk machine.. Default location (Program files > SiteKiosk > Config)… then you will check to ensure that you are able to stop and start the "SiteKiosk Configuration Server" while logged into your Adminstrator account (Run > Services.msc)

You may also add the domain user to the admin group in order to access the pages, files or even services required by SiteKiosk.
