Edit Selection menu "Files"
The selection menu "Files" lets you "import" and "print" files and "exit" Pictomio.
Edit Selection menu "Edit"
Use the "Edit" button to undo certain program steps, select specific thumbnail areas ("Select all", "Undo selection") or copy, paste, cut or delete files.
The menu also allows you to switch between different modes in thumbnail view such as "Full screen", "Thumbnails", "Film strip", "Single image" or "Carrousel".

Edit Selection menu "Options" program settings
Use the "Settings" menu to make changes to the program interface. Select "Back to default settings" if you want to reset your settings:
"Settings" General options
In the resulting pop-up window, select the language and the full screen resolution with which you want to work in Pictomio. Pictomio has to be restarted for the new language to take effect.
"Settings" Carrousel
Apart from changing "general options", you can change the thumbnail view in 3D carrousel mode under "Carrousel".
Since the mirror reflection effect on the virtual 3D background and the anti-aliasing effect (minimizes distortion artifacts in your pictures) are based on computation-intensive algorithms, the image display in carrousel mode may leave a lot to be desired on machines lacking adequate computing power.
Turn of the checkboxes to ensure a better image if your computer or graphics card does not have the necessary computing power.
