Edit Filmstrip mode
This mode automatically opens when you click on a thumbnail or the corresponding button in
"Thumbnails mode". The filmstrip mode in thumbnail view is split up into two different areas.
The upper area shows all thumbnails in a miniature view bar except for the selected image which is enlarged in the bottom part of the window.
- To browse the miniature view bar, you can either use the search scroll bar or your mouse wheel.
- Similarly, you can use the dynamically displayed Back and Forward buttons in single image view to switch back and forth between thumbnails or use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard.
Selection menus
Just as in
"Thumbnails mode", you can use a selection menu in "filmstrip" mode to sort your thumbnails and the
"Y" menu to specify filter criteria.
Sorting
In contrast to "thumbnails" mode,
sorting in "filmstrip" mode is not dependent on an overall group, i.e. you use the selection menu to specify continuous sorting for the entire contents of the directory or folder.
Adjusting the miniature view bar
The three buttons next to the "Sorting" menu allow you to change the position of the miniature view bar. You can place the bar at the top, bottom or right edge of the display window.
