Our kiosk is not working and says that we need to reach out to support on this website. It was asking for an emergency password and saying we would be redirected to windows.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can find more information on the Emergency Screen here: https://www.provisio.com/en-US/CustomerSupportCenter/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleID=25180 . Basically, you can only unlock the kiosk with the master password. The master password is provided when you purchased your license and is available to you online at www.provisio.com.
