Support Request: Time Frozen on Kiosk Screen


The time is frozen on the kiosk screen and will not move forward. Will not scan anything. Updated OS and rebooted.

Thank you for your inquiry. Can you please tell what area on the screen is the time frozen? Is it the taskbar or in the browser? Can you tell what Start Page settings you have chosen?

On the scanner issue, what are you using to scan a document? Is it an external software that needs to be launched? Were there any other error messages? Is the freezing happening In Start Once vs Auto Start?
