Support Request: DLL error on loading

Description

When kiosk auto starts we are recieving the following error.

There was a problem starting.
C:\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll

The specified module could not be found.

Found old references of the error for previous versions of site kiosk. The resolutions don't seem to work for this version. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. The file "LogiLDA.dll" is not part of the SiteKiosk software but applies to the Logitech Download Assistant which checks for updates at startup. You can disable this in your Windows startup settings.
