Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. Here is an explanation of what might be happening in your scenario. SiteKiosk uses a Chromium CEF Engine that is installed with SiteKiosk Windows. So the Chromium version used depends on the SiteKiosk version that is installed. The older SiteKiosk Version 9.4 (currently out of support) used the Chromium CEF version 55.0.2883.87. The newest SiteKiosk version 9.8.5155 uses Chromium CEF 81.0.4044.138.

For this reason, it is best recommended that you first update to SiteKiosk Version 9.8.5155 and then test it again: https://www.provisio.com/en-US/Downloads/Download.aspx?ItemId=1. It is free to evaluate without a time limit. See further notes on restrictions of the unregistered version of SiteKiosk towards the button of the page. Please note that you will need to purchase a SiteKiosk Update license, if the current SiteKiosk license you were using was purchased before July 2019. For further questions, you can reach out to our Sales team - http://www.provisio.com/web/us/company/contact .

Otherwise you can to test your website outside of SiteKiosk before you update or for development (considering SiteKiosk 9.8.5463 uses Chromium 81.0.4044.138 Windows 32 Bit) -
here you can find the corresponding Chromium test application for download (unzip 2 times [opensource 7-zip can be used] and run the cefclient.exe found in the "Release" folder):
http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds/cef_binary_81.3.10%2Bgb223419%2Bchromium-81.0.4044.138_windows32_client.tar.bz2

Best regards,
Andre.
