Support Request: Problems accessing sitekiosk online

Description

Hello, we bought sitekiosk online (license n*1878799). But when we try to enter the following access data:
User: a.armani1983(at)gmail.com
[deleted by Administrator, Note: Submissions will be entered in the public support forum. Do not post any personal data such as passwords or software license information.]
we cannot enter the online kiosk site. With these credentials we enter only the sitekiosk.com site
We are waiting for a kind feedback

Hello,

Your customer account on www.sitekiosk.com (for purchasing the software) has nothing to do with the SiteKiosk Online account on https://sitekiosk.online.

Create a team (account) on https://sitekiosk.online and then log in there to activate the license.
You can simply download the client software at >Dashboard>Downloads and install it on your client(s).
System requirements: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/SystemRequirements.html

After installing the SiteKiosk Online client, log in to your team at sitekiosk.online (there is also a client available for Windows that automatically logs in to your team).
You can then create and publish projects. https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/Projects.html
