Support Request: SiteKiosk transfer license

Description

Hello,

yesterday one of our kiosk pc has been declared elettricaly dead and won't start anymore.
On this pc I have a valid sitekiosk license and I want to trasfer it to an another pc.

I've read that in order to remove the license completely, I have to unistall Sitekiosk from the pc, but given the current situation, I can't do it.

How can I transfer the license?

Hello,

If you cannot uninstall SiteKiosk on the old pc anymore just go on with installing SiteKiosk again on a new pc.

Just consider using the correct SiteKiosk version for the license you have and the system requirements.

Generally the SiteKiosk license is valid for the current version at the time of purchase + all versions that will be published within 12 month after purchasing the license.

I just installed SiteKiosk and the license is working fine.
