Support Request: Unable to purchase Site Kiosk due to credit card information
I am trying to purchase a copy of Site Kiosk Basic. When completing the checkout process I need to select a payment method. When I try to do so I am unable to edit the credit card information in our account, even though we only have one login.
The message displayed is "You do not have permission to change credit card information. Please contact the Administrator user of your customer account"
Can anything be done to fix this? I believe that we may have had another user account in the past but it was deleted.
