Reproduction
We've found that working in an environment of touch screen, clicks made on the screen elements work when the finger is lifted, not by clicking on the item.
That is, if we click and keep the finger on the element, the click is not effected until the finger is lifted.
We checked out of the Sitekiosk environment and not happen this effect.
