Support Request: Configuration not working

Reproduction

Whenever i open configure site kiosk I get loading bar then this message:
This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure that the web address http://localhost:8889 is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Hello,

There is no known bug with the configuration tool.

The configuration of SiteKiosk will be provided as local web page through the Windows service „SiteKiosk Configuration Server“.

Please check that this Windows service is up and running (-->services.msc).

Furthermore you may check if there is any security tool installed (Antivirus Suite / Firewall Suite) which may does block the access to port 8889 at localhost.

Also make sure that the operating system fulfils the system requirements:
