In the following list you will find useful hot keys to increase your working speed.
All described keyboard shortcuts are focused on the image view sections:
[Ctrl] + [Arrow keys]
Moves the image in the direction of the pressed arrow key.
[Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Arrow keys]
Moves the image in the direction of the pressed arrow key with doubled speed.
[+/ Plus]
Doubled the zoom level.
[–/ Minus]
Bisected the zoom level.
[Space] (if not 1:1)
Alternates the image to the 1:1 image view.
[Space] (if 1:1)
Alternates to the "Fit2Screen" view.
[Arrow key right]
Moves to the next image.
[Arrow key left]
Moves to the previous file.
[Return]
Alternates between the „Single Image“ and the “Thumbnails” view mode.
[Number key 1]
Goes to the "Filmstrip" view mode with thumbnails above.
[Number key 2]
Goes to the "Filmstrip" view mode with thumbnails below.
[Number key 3]
Goes to the "Filmstrip" view mode with thumbnails on the right side.
[Number key 4]
Goes to the "Single Image" view mode.
[Number key 5]
Goes to the "Thumbnails" view mode.
[C]
Enabled/ disabled the black background (nice for seeing Pictures with transparency).
[H]
Enabled/ disabled the histogram window.
[Z]
Enabled/ disabled the zoom window.
[F]
Enabled/ disabled the bilinear image filter.
[A]
Enabled/ disabled the annotation window.
[Ctrl]+[Mouse wheel]
Alternates the actual image to the next or the previous one (depends on the scroll direction).
This key combination enables you also to change the size of the thumbnails.
[Mouse]+[Wheel up/down]
Enables you to zoom in or zoom out of the image.
[Delete]
If an image “tag” is selected press delete to wipe this tag.
[Ctrl pressed]
Keep this key pressed to enforce the moving tool.
[Shift pressed]
Keep this key pressed to enforce the zoom tool.
[PgUp/ PgDown]
Moves the thumbnail window to the previous or to the next page.
[Ctrl]+[A]
Use this key combination to highlight all thumbnails.
[Ctrl]+[I]
Use this key combination to invert your thumbnail selection.
[Ctrl]+[Mouse click]
Enables you to select several thumbnails.
[Shift]+[Mouse click]
Enables you to select a range of thumbnails.
